Traditional filters use carbon granules in a filter housing.TabTec® uses a carbon tablet – hence the name Tablet Technology. The performance of the filter is as high as ever, but now the filter is more flexible and compact because weight, volume and environmentally harmful materials have been reduced to a minimum. The new Tab Technology is simple and effective. It eliminates the need for a filter housing thus permitting a compact and lightweight design. The TabTec® Advantage Filter is available as A1, A2 and A2B2E1K1, and is approved according to EN 141.With an adapter, combination filters are also possible, either with P2 or P3 FLEXIfilter.
